WaveBook — Account and data deletion

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open WaveBook and sign in.
2. Tap your profile avatar (top of the home screen).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account / מחק חשבון.
4. Confirm in both dialogs — your account and data are permanently deleted.

Or request deletion by email

1. Send an email to support@wavebook-web.app with the subject WaveBook account deletion.
2. Include the phone number linked to your WaveBook account (used for sign-in).
3. Optionally include your full name and club name to help us verify the request.
4. We will confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days of verification (usually sooner).

Data that will be deleted

• Firebase Authentication account (phone / Google sign-in)
• User profile: name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, profile photo URL
• Club membership, lesson registrations, waitlist entries
• Punch-card balance and punch-card purchase requests
• Health declaration (if provided)
• Push notification token (FCM)
• Club logo you uploaded (if stored under your coach account)

Data that may be kept

• Aggregated or anonymized records that cannot identify you (if any exist).
• Backups in Firebase/Google infrastructure for up to 90 days, then removed per provider retention.
• Payment records in Bit or Paybox — outside WaveBook; delete those separately with your payment provider if needed.

Partial deletion (without deleting your account)

You can ask to update or remove specific profile fields (for example health declaration) by emailing the address above, or ask your coach to update club-related data.
